Lolita E. Walker is a leadership strategist, keynote speaker, and executive coach who helps organizations and leaders navigate change, strengthen leadership, and unlock innovation and strategy from within.

With more than two decades of corporate leadership experience, public governance service, and ongoing doctoral research in entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship, Lolita brings a unique combination of strategic insight, operational experience, and human-centered leadership to every engagement.

Leadership Background

Before launching Walker & Walker Enterprises, Lolita spent nearly twenty years at Procter & Gamble, where she held a range of leadership roles across manufacturing, innovation, and strategic program management.

During her corporate career, Lolita:

• Led cross-functional teams delivering global product innovations
• Oversaw complex operational initiatives and large product portfolios
• Managed large-scale manufacturing operations and organizational change efforts
• Guided strategic initiatives supporting billion-dollar product businesses

Her experience working across operations, innovation, and strategy shaped her passion for helping organizations navigate complexity and drive meaningful results.

Public Leadership

In addition to her corporate experience, Lolita has served as an elected leader within the public education system.

She represented District 9 on the Board of Education for Prince George’s County Public Schools, one of the largest school systems in the region, serving more than 131,000 scholars and 22,000 employees.

During her tenure, Lolita served as both Vice Chair and Chair of the board, helping to guide governance decisions, strategic priorities, and community engagement efforts that impact scholars, educators, and families across the district.

This governance experience deepened her understanding of leadership, collaboration, and decision-making in complex organizational systems.

Scholar, Educator, & Thought Leader

Lolita is a doctoral scholar in Business Administration at Morgan State University, where her research focuses on cognition within intrapreneurship: examining how individuals think, make decisions, and drive innovation inside organizations.

In addition to her research, Lolita serves as an instructor at Morgan State University, where she teaches undergraduate business courses and mentors emerging leaders preparing to enter the workforce. Her classroom work reflects her broader commitment to developing intentional, confident leaders who can navigate complexity and contribute fully within organizations.

Her research and teaching focus is on leadership, decision-making, and innovation within organizations, particularly how individuals and teams develop the cognitive capabilities needed to recognize opportunities, solve problems creatively, and contribute to intrapreneurial thinking.

By combining academic research, classroom teaching, and real-world leadership experience, Lolita bridges theory and practice to assist leaders and organizations in translating ideas into actionable strategies.
